That’s why I started my career in consulting, set up my own business, and today I am working in different roles and tasks for various companies.
My basis: I graduated in Business Administration at the University of Saarbrucken (my German degree “Diplom-Kauffrau” is equal to the English degree “Master of Business Administration”).
My development: Transforming the theoretical understanding of business administration in broad business know how and acquiring distinctive leadership, coaching and consulting competencies. In 2006, I set up my own business and founded UNCC Consulting.
I also gained a lot of intercultural experience by living and working abroad.
I am a certified business coach
and member of the „Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training“ (i.e. German Association for Coaching and Training).
In many international consulting projects I supported my clients in implementing change by improving and reengineering processes and organization structures, or implementing standard software. The main emphasis in all change projects was supporting and empowering the affected employees to embrace the change. Beneath the consulting work, I also worked in the field of human resources and gained rich experience in HR topics such as recruiting, talent management, management diagnostics, performance management, performance appraisals, human resources development, leadership development, and HR as a business partner.

Objective is to professionally support business clients (individuals as well as companies) on a temporary basis.
The main focus of UNCC Consulting is business coaching, change management (supporting organizations in implementing change), training, HR topics such as recruiting, talent management, management diagnostics, human resources development, HR as business partner or HR Interim Management, as well as project management.
UNCC Consulting is working with dedicated partners if need arises.
Support for individual clients such as managers and executives, project managers, project leaders, employees, or start-up entrepreneurs encompasses help in solving individual challenges in business context or further developing their career. Success is when the client identifies a solution for the specific situation.
Company clients might be looking for support for temporary tasks where either the know-how or sometimes simply the resource is missing. Often work is set up in projects to optimize the current situation by improving organizational commitment, organization structures and processes or implementing a new software product. Success is e.g. a project is closed as planned on time and in budget or an intended change is implemented and accepted. I am also working as HR Interim Manager or HR Business Partner.
